If you, or someone you care for, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, we would like to hear from you. Here is who can take part, and how to get in touch.
Who can take part
AD-SMART might be suitable if the person taking part:
- is aged 55 or over
- has a confirmed diagnosis of Alzheimer's, or mixed dementia (Alzheimer's and vascular dementia)
The trial team will check the full eligibility criteria with you before anyone joins.

Taking part is your choice
Getting in touch does not commit you to anything. Family members and carers are welcome to contact us on someone's behalf.
